I love Jo, Malia and Cassi. But I wonder why Zoya always name their nail polishes after names people might have? I think all the colors are cool though.

I’m not sure if they sell this brand where you live, but Barry M had a great dark grey nailpolish.
Love your blog, and your swatches are great! Was unsure whether to order some of the new Zoya colors, but you’ve convinced me.

Amber – Well you know I really hated Zoya when I first tried them too. Looking back, I’m not really sure why I felt that way. I recently tried Kotori and Suvi again and love them now. Partially, I think I’ve grown as far as my understanding of application and color. I’m really not sure why someone would advise you against swapping for these. I think any brand is ‘worth it’ as long as you want the color, but I’d say Zoya is ‘worth it’ just in general – especially in a swapping context. I say go for it. If you end up hating them I’ll take full responsibility. Lol.

Julia – Truthfully I just keep them constantly painted. I’m using Nail Tek Citra right now as a trial for my blog but otherwise I never use treatments. I also do keep my cuticles. I push them back maybe every 2 weeks. I use the the Blue Sally Hansen Cuticle Remover, Lush Lemony Flutter and CND Cuticle Eraser for my cuticles. : )

I think Jo is my favorite. Harley too! But the Cassie and Malia look like something Zoya has done before…maybe it’s just the photo tricking my eyes.
Would you recomend Zoya polishes? I wanted to trade with a girl over at MUA, but she’s all “honestly these polishes aren’t worth it”. I’ve never tried so I don’t know…Maybe she wanted to hold on to them?

In my Zoya polish swap, I ordered Jo, but they sent me Harley instead. I haven’t tried it yet. I still might order Jo. They all look wonderful on you!
